Last night I made a delicious dinner - It was pan-fried chicken breast (but you could use pork - the other white meat). It wasn't really fried, but breaded and cooked in a skillet with a little bit of vegetable oil. The magic of the dinner was the sauce:
Marscapone cheese (which is not sold in Abilene, so I used a combination of cream cheese, whipping cream and sour cream)
Capers
A little Mayo
Lemon Zest
Pepper
Delicious (but not good for you!)

When I saw hte title "Delicious DInner" I thought, "Whew Cassie finally acknowledged about the great Thanksgiving meal we had and is going to take a moment to laud her hand in it, the amazing blanched green bean casserole". I'm not dissapointed at all.
It was amazing Blanched Green Bean Casserole. But I think the real winner for me was the cornbread pudding. It was surprising! :) And I had nothing to do with that at all.
